[CANUFNET] structural soils

In Ithaca we have CU Soil under asphalt parking lots both in the parking and driving sections.

Hi all,
	Has anyone been able to convince their Engineering colleagues to use structural soils under the travel portion of a roadway?  Or do you know any jurisdiction where this has been utilized for this type of application?
