Hello all,

Trees Winnipeg, formally known as the Coalition to Save the Elms, in
Winnipeg is embarking on a heritage tree inventory. We are currently
looking for examples of heritage tree nomination forms. I am familiar
with the nomination form used by the Ontario Heritage Tree Alliance and
would like to know if similar forms have been used by other Provinces.
