This is the definition we use as a condition of acceptance and warranty replacement:
1. Plants will have acceptable appearance.
This means:
· it is structurally sound with structure and habit typical of the species.
· it is well furnished with living foliage,
· it has normal colour
· it shows adequate annual growth and formation of buds and
· it is free from blight of any description.

Hello out there,
Is there an accepted or standard definition for the term "healthy tree"? We would like to revise the wording for acceptable condition of trees at final inspection and do not want the health of a tree open to general interpretation. Thanks.
