[CANUFNET] RFQ wording for Arbostists to Oversee Construction around Trees

We would appreciate receiving examples of text for Request for Quote /
Request for Proposal for the services of an Arborist (or equivalent) to
inspect and oversee construction works around trees.  For example, to
ensure tree protection barriers are installed and maintained, to be
present during excavation around trees, to ensure branch/root pruning is
done correctly, to advise on ways to reduce impacts on trees.  Also, how
such services would be costed (lump sum, per hour, etc).
