Using the Silva Cells under on-street parrellel parking lanes and/or parking bays is very common.
There are many examples from cities across the country.

Hi Ralph,

Do you know of any situations where Silva cells or structural soil have been used under on-street parallel parking? And if it's recommended?

Thanks, Carolyn
