The Municipal Forestry Institute (MFI) is being held February 17 - 22
2013 in Nebraska City, Nebraska.  

 

This high-level training opportunity provides education for urban
forestry professionals in leadership and management aspects of urban
forestry.  MFI will help you to:

 

*	Develop a leadership approach to your position;
*	Think and plan strategically to advance your urban forestry
programs;
*	Work effectively with boards, coalitions and non-profit
organizations; and 
*	Manager the relationship between people and trees.

 

Note:  The application deadline has been extended from December 1 to
December 14, 2013. There are still spaces available.
