Hi All,
As of late we have been looking into the pros and cons of urban orchards
on public lands in Thunder Bay. One of the biggest challenges we may
face, however, are liabilities of wildlife (primarily bears) that may
increase their frequency in urban areas as a result.

Are there municipalities that have success stories on the topic? And more
so, are there success stories from northern communities that deal with
wildlife concerns frequently?

Any thoughts are appreciated, whether negative or positive surrounding the
issue.

Many thanks,
