[CANUFNET] Ash and urban wood cost recovery

Our Council is interested in identifying  opportunities for cost recovery from the utilization of ash and other urban wood.  How are other municipalities dealing with the ash and other wood from their maintenance operations?  How successful have previous and current initiatives ( e.g.: firewood programs, log yards, Offers to Purchase, etc.)  been?
