Hi Everyone,
We recently had Urban Design Guidelines developed for our City with detailed streetscape designs for a few of our main arterials. The consultant recommended planting trees on private property on stretches where City property was not available. Have other cities utilized private property for planting and, if so, what types of agreements have you entered into with the landowners? Thanks very much.
Shelley
