[CANUFNET] Municipal Street Tree Inventories

We are a private company with certified arborists looking to expand into municipal street tree inventories in Southern Ontario.

I am researching what technology is recommended for such projects and where to access them.

To date we have determined that the Trimble may be the most versatile tool to use in this scenario.

My question is - what is the data management software being used in Canada? I would like to know the best tools being applied in Canadian street tree inventories - any information would be appreciated.
