[CANUFNET] Seasonal Lighting in Boulevard Trees

I'm wondering if anyone has come up with a good spec for hanging strings of lighting in boulevard trees? Something that is permanent, low maintenance, low impact on the trees and somewhat vandal-proof? Thank you!
