Hello,

Please read on a not so helping notice from a town just 40 minutes from Montreal ( so many high risk areas are being devastated by the EAB) are EAB high risk zones. As a consulting Arborist i have a serious discomfort, too many messages differing. Different action/approaches can be foreseen, however budgeted anticipation or la lack of knowledge will affect shores, wetland and land natural infrastructures to and from the Saint-Laurence. Rural administrations can't look at the exponential reality, no money, no solution other than to negate. Still, the most growing area of all of Canada, for at least the past seven years, the MRCVS, Vaudreuil /Soulanges, recently acknowledged (2015) that the EAB. This remote region is part of the PMAD - CMM.
Ashes are predominant all over the southern shores of Eastern Canada's second most important river, the Ottawa River. Unforeseen reality is, by administration, some times damageable. Local journals, as well, are afraid to loose advertisement income, they won't stand by their readership.
