This is a friendly reminder that this is your last week to register for MFI Canada.
The Society of Municipal Arborists (SMA) and Tree Canada are pleased to present the Municipal Forestry Institute (MFI) in Canada for the first time.
MFI is a unique leadership training program which has graduated over 500 future leaders in urban forestry across North America since 2006. Now it will have a Canadian "flavour" and give you the opportunity to learn from a talented pool of teaching cadre including: Owen Croy, Martha Barwinsky, John McNeil, Andy Hillman and Jerri LaHaie. Andy Kenney and myself will be joining for a special get together.
Based on previous graduation classes, your employer is certain to receive a huge return for investing in your MFI Canada participation. It is being held during the week of October 15th - 20th at the NavCan Centre in Cornwall, ON.
