[CANUFNET] How do you calculate the weight of a tree?

Hi Mike,

The USDA Forest Service has volume equations in their Urban Tree Database
that can be converted to biomass and carbon content:

The Canadian Forest Service has some equations too (
http://www.nrcresearchpress.com/doi/abs/10.1139/X05-112#.WZ7n2CiGO70) but
they're not urban. I can't think of any other off the top of my head.
