[CANUFNET] Miyawaki Method of Afforestation

I am interested in doing a trial using the Miyawaki Method to create a
biodiverse forest-garden in Oakville. Does anyone have experience with this
method or can you point me to experts who have tried variations of this
method?

I see online that a Miyawaki Afforestation project was tried by Toyoda
Gosei in Palmerston, Ontario last year. Some 7,500 trees were planted. I
would be interested in learning more about that project or others that may
have been initiated.
