[CANUFNET] query about costs per tree for recent structural soil systems

Hi Martha,

In Ottawa, the structural soil price per tree is in the range of $10000 – $11500. This includes structural soil modules (21m3 soil per tree), planting soil, irrigation, granular base, filter fabric, root barrier, and installation.

This is pretty expensive, but it sounds like there may be opportunities to decrease the price as more local contractors become certified to install it, and as demand increases.
