I agree with Michael here. In my opinion the City should have called Ken
Lund to provide a report on the tree as his company cared for it for many
years.

The tree is in excellent condition because Ken Lund of Four Seasons Tree
Care, he looked after the tree for several decades for the previous owner.

Ken is one of the most experienced arborists in the country and has offered
to care for the tree for free.  It will be in good hands.

The sad part of the story is that the City of Toronto is failing in its
leadership role.
