“The Municipalities for Climate Innovation Program is a five-year $75-million program, delivered by the Federation of Canadian Municipalities and funded by the Government of Canada.”

Not sure its current status but the Town of Collingwood received $96,000 from FCM under this Program for its Urban Forest Management Plan which we helped to deliver earlier  this year: https://engage.collingwood.ca/urban-forest-management-plan

For Utility bills and other payments, staff will accept debit, credit card or cheque, and payments will continue to be accepted online.
