[CANUFNET] shredded rubber mulch

Hi.

I'm seeing this stuff occasionally. To me it looks and feels like it's made
from shredded tires and comes in a variety of colours. Is it really any
good as a mulch or is it just a creative re-use of old tires that turns one
environmental problem into another? Thoughts?
