Hello,
Anyone out there work in the municipal bylaw world and can share their experience?
There will be driveways and development along this road. Our typical fee and compensation as per our public tree bylaw is $1,000 for each tree under 65cm dbh. However, in this scenario the fee would be around $50,000 if we counted each stem where the proposed driveway will go. Do you have a minimum dbh that is protected by your public tree municipal bylaws?
Thanks!
Jessika
