Hello, is this edge hiding more trees or is it rubbish land ? Wet zone ? The characteristics of the land would make place for assessing.
Is it for density building or cottage type houses? Minimum sq. Ft. Plus % of land occupation coefficient?
This data is essential to plan ecofriendly  driveways .
