[CANUFNET] 25 years appart

Hello,

Many regions in Quebec have been touch less severely than of the catastrophic ice storm of ‘98. Nevertheless let’s not call it a mini ice storm. Many urban trees are now 25 years older with major structural defects caused by various mistakes of 98. Not enough knowledge nor manpower nor equipment let alone budget.
Many affected trees in the past 36 hours are forever dangerous. Mostly in densely populated boroughs of Montreal. One million without power.

Chaos in the beautiful parks and in The Mount-Royal mountain. Many heritage trees split in two.
