Dear urban forestry colleagues,
We’re inviting you to share your expert perspective on how different types
of information–data and stories–shape environmental decision-making in
Canada. I am sharing on behalf of my colleague Dr. Natatlia Aristizabal.
*About the survey:* In collaboration with Dr. Elena Bennett at McGill
University and the *NSERC-ResNet

network,
we’re conducting a survey to better understand how people working in
environmental governance in Canada seek and use information, and how
science, through data and storytelling, can better support their work. The
findings will also guide the development of an open-source platform
integrating national ecosystem service models with local data and
narratives.

French until Sept. 30).*
The survey is anonymous, takes approximately 15–20 minutes to complete, and
has received ethics approval from McGill University.
