Just forwarding a nice article in the Orangeville Citizen from one of my
dear old friends and a long-time member of the Conservation Council

 

Doug Skeates was one of the folks behind the community forestry movement in
Ontario – and I see he’s still hard at it and still pressing for
community-based development for northern Ontario.
