[greenon-l] Movement Building 201 -- postponed

Hello folks,

 

We have decided to postpone our annual meeting until early in the New Year..
January 21st to be precise   My apologies for the inconvenience.

 

The reason is, there's just so much interesting stuff coming together around
We Conserve that we need a little more time to fine tune the updated website
(www.weconserve.ca <http://www.weconserve.ca/> ) and our core projects
(GreenLeaders, Community Conservation Networks, the Great Green Directory,
and We Conserve TV).  We also want to connect with our member organizations
in advance of the meeting.

 

Feel free to browse through the new website - many of the pages are still
being polished, but you'll find the site interesting, especially my
favourite pages  http://www.weconserve.ca/replicate.html, which talks to our
approach of a "voluntary transition strategy".   If you can think of other
jurisdiction in the world that is using a similar, inclusive approach to
making change happen now, please let me know.   There's got to be something
else out there - I just haven't found it yet.
