The true cost of climate crisis for world’s poorest countries
Small-island states and conflict-vulnerable countries in Africa are suffering intensely as floods, droughts and hurricanes wreak havoc on communities and livelihoods. “It’s deeply unjust that those who have done the least to contribute to the climate crisis are paying most dearly for it."

MAGA was never about policy. It was never about taxes or trade or immigration, at least not in the ways its supporters claim. It was about fear.

The Nuclear Gambit: Trump just handed the atom to the highest bidder
With the stroke of a pen, Trump has effectively turned the NRC (Nuclear Regulatory Commission) into a rubber-stamp factory, slashing staff, silencing public input, and fast-tracking reactor approvals with all the caution of a drunk gambler doubling down on a losing hand.

Our Rights are Not for Sale - Rally in Opposition to Bill 5
Mon. June 2, 12:30 - 4 p.m. ET
Queens Park, University Ave and College, Toronto
This rally is a peaceful but powerful gathering to remind the Province of Ontario that First Nations are still here—and our voices, our laws, and our jurisdiction must be respected. We are coming together to stand united in opposition to Bill 5, legislation that was developed without proper consultation or consent, and which threatens our Treaty rights, lands, and future. Bill 5 is a clear example of Ontario pushing forward development priorities without engaging the First Peoples of these lands. We are demanding that Ontario stop, listen, and properly engage with First Nations across the province before advancing any legislation that impacts our territories. Our Treaties are not symbolic—they are living agreements that continue to shape our responsibilities and rights today. Join us in raising our voices for justice, for recognition, and for the generations to come.
