Centretown Citizens Ottawa Corporation is looking for a Maintenance
Supervisor. The successful candidate will oversee the CCOC maintenance
and cleaning staff, engage and direct contractors and other temporary
workers performing routine maintenance for its 1300 rental apartments. 

 

Applicants should have a Community College Diploma or equivalent in
property management or related field, and 6 - 8 years relevant
experience. Excellent oral and written communication and computer skills
required. Preference given to bilingual applicants. 

 

A valid Ontario Class G Driver's License and reliable transportation is
required. 

 

Starting salary is $43.2K Benefit package includes health plan, pension,
vehicle allowance.
