Hi all,

 

For those of you tracking the motivations behind the move towards 10-year
plans to end homelessness, attached is an analysis piece by Linda McQuaig.

 

Creating new affordable housing was not on the Councillors’ list of top
priorities for Ottawa last week.

 

The Mayor keeps urging the community to “swagger”, but it’s really hard to
“swagger” in a city that is complacent about 1%+ of the population using
emergency shelters!
