Hmm interesting,

Housing that makes sense is both lacking and smacks of a lack of charity & makes bad financial sense. I wonder whatever happened to Canada's Civil sense of "Social Contract" and Our sense of a "Common Good?"

Bones of Charity?:  Neoliberalism x Fiscal Conservatism ÷ Efficiency + G8 poverty reduction strategies - social planning Spin + systemic oppression and generalised risk aversion = Canadian made crisis in affordable housing.  Aka = apathy & greed?

Ville de Ottawa's notions of the poor, Downloading, Internal Spin, accountability and Sustainable Development?
