To help improve the housing of families, OCHAI has developed the Housing and
Health Toolbox for Children and Youth, a series of tools for health
professionals to use in their practice. The Housing & Health Toolbox is a
resource to enable health professionals to better understand and work with
their patients to help address housing issues.
