 Dear members of the anti-poverty community list-serve,

The Ontario Government has committed to making poverty reduction a priority
over its 4-year mandate. Community Consultations are part of the planning
process for a Provincial poverty reduction strategy. The Ottawa community is
mobilizing to make sure the voices of low income people are heard and
reflected in this process.

We would like to invite community members who live on reduced income to
attend a workshop called *Ending Poverty in Ontario: Organizing for Change *on
*Saturday May 10th at the Bronson Centre*. We are asking your help in
identifying individuals who may be interested in participating in this
discussion. Assistance with bus fare and child care is available but
participants must register in advance. Please see attached poster for more
information.
