[homeles_ot-l] Addictions Group for Older Adults

Hello,

Lifestyle Enrichment for Senior Adults (LESA) and the Ontario Works Addiction Services Initiative are offering an addictions group on Mondays, 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM, starting Sept-08. The group will support men & women age 55 years to 65 years, that are in receipt of financial assistance (ODSP as well) and have a history of street involvement.

It is a mutual support/education group with a harm reduction perspective. We will be touching on topics like: Treatment & Self-Help, Varieties in Recovery, Grief, Anger, Letting go, Contentment and Surviving the Holidays. 

Please pass our poster on to any clients that may benefit and please feel free to call with any questions.
