Conference in September 2009. The keynote speakers and concurrent sessions

Registration for the PSR/RPS National Conference is now open.  Attached you
will find the preliminary conference program. Additional conference
information as well as online registration can be found on the conference
website at  HYPERLINK

Group Registration is available for the conference.  Please see below for
more information regarding the group registration process.

Groups Registrations 

A Group ID will allow those from your group to register online, choose their
own options and allow you to access one final payment total with a breakdown
of all the selected options each group member selected.

Steps to creating a group ID

1.      To keep all registrants connected to one organization it is
necessary for one person to create a group ID prior to all group members
registering.  This can be done by visiting the Registration Page on the
conference website.

2.      The person that creates the group will be emailed the group ID and
will become the group administrator.  

3.      The group administrator does not need to attend the conference.  The
group administrator simply creates and tracks their group through the
conference website.

4.      If you are a group administrator and will also be attending the
conference, you must register yourself once your group ID is created.

5.      Once the group is created, a link and a group id will be generated.
The group administrator will have the option to have the system email their
group members the group ID or they can print the page and manually circulate
the group ID to their group members

6.      A second link to the payment page will also be generated for the
group administrator to use when everyone has registered

7.      Every time a group member registers, the group administrator will
receive an email notification. That way the group administrator will know
when all members have registered and can either follow the original link or
type in their group id to make the final payment.
