Each year CMHA Ottawa takes great pleasure in presenting Mental Health Service Awards to recognize the commitment and services of individuals, families, groups and organizations make to the mental health movement and the Ottawa community as a whole. This year's awards will be presented at a celebration on Oct. 30.

Nominations are warmly welcomed. The deadline is Sept. 25. Please read the attached documents to ascertain eligibility for the awards.
