Hey there,

 

I was writing to propose a time for the first meeting of the Youth Joint
Action Team of the Ottawa Coalition on HIV/AIDS. 

 

The idea of the YouthJAT is to promote dialogue about issues impacting youth
when it comes to HIV prevention, treatment, care and support. Everyone is
welcome to attend this meeting to network, share ideas and promote
resources.  

 

We will collectively set the agenda at our first meeting, but some ideas of
current issues include supporting the transition to adult services,
coordinating services for young gay men in the city, the effect of Bill C15
on youth specifically, supporting young women in Ottawa, etc.

 

Suggested Meeting Times

*	Thursday January 21st at 10:00- 11:30
*	Monday January 25th at 10:00-11:30
