Building owned by The King’s Daughters and Sons, a Christian service organization, operating in the Ottawa area for 120 years.  For the past few decades, this building has been the head office of King’s Daughters Dinner Wagon (aka Meals on Wheels), founded by KDS over 40 years ago. 
Location: 790 Bronson, immediately south of Carling Avenue; also near the Queensway ( Bronson exit).
Building: Open concept, with a washroom and kitchen facilities on second. New furnace, new roof, freshly painted.  6 parking spaces.
Costs for 2008-2009 per year:  Heat (new furnace installed in 2008): $2,000
Plus water, hydro, snow removal, tenants insurance, etc.
Rent: around $1,200 a month. Though KDS is a Christian organization, the tenant need not be a religious organization, but must be in keeping with the values. The apartment building right behind 790 is also operated by the KDS and the Lounge could be used for large gatherings, such as the annual meeting. Lease for 2 years requested.
