[homeles_ot-l] Documentary - Last Call at the Gladstone Hotel

Hello,

Helping for Homes, a new agency in Ottawa, and Housing Help are hosting a
documentary screening of "Last Call at the Gladstone Hotel" on September
15th, 2010 at 6:30.

This colourful documentary follows the gentrification process of the
Gladstone Hotel in Toronto and tells the stories of those who lived in the
hotel and lost their housing/jobs.  After the documentary a panel of
individuals will be leading a discussion on the loss of affordable housing
here in Ottawa.

Tickets are $10.00, all funds raised will be used to purchase basic
household needs for the marginally housed in Ottawa, including: bedding,
kitchen wares, alarm clocks, lamps, etc.
