I received this through the Ottawa Coalition on HIV/AIDS and I thought you might find this interesting.  It's a quick read.  But it helps to better understand what is happening with HIV and non-disclosure legalities.  The attached is a power point presentation on HIV criminalization and non-disclosure by Cecile Kazatchkine of the Canadian HIV/AIDS legal network.
