Members of Parliament will vote on Bill C-304 (national housing act) on
Wednesday. While the NDP, Liberals and Bloc have all supported the draft
legislation in first and second reading, the Bloc wants an additional
amendment before third and final reading vote. The vote Wednesday will
send the bill back to committee for a quick amendment and then back to
the Commons for third and final reading vote - hopefully before the
holiday recess in mid-December. A short update is here:

There is a concern that some MPs may decide to skip the vote, and since
every vote is important to ensure passage of the bill, a gentle reminder
to Members of Parliament underlining that the C-304 vote is critically
important to Canadians would be very helpful.
