[homeles_ot-l] Ontario's Long-Term Affordable Housing Strategy - finally!!

Hi folks,
 
Attached is Ontario's Long-Term Housing Strategy which was finally released this morning. 
 
I think it says they're going to ensure that anyone living in Ontario has decent housing soon - okay, so that's the 'long-term' part. It's not as impressive as it could and should be but also not as awful as it could have been.
