NOTICE OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF
UNITED WAY OTTAWA
 

TAKE NOTICE that a special meeting of United Way/Centraide Ottawa members will be held at the United Way/Centraide Ottawa offices, TELUS Boardroom, 363 Coventry Road, on Tuesday, October 19th, 2010 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. This meeting is being held to comply with legal requirements of approving the three month financial statements ending March 31, 2010.

Any person who has made a contribution of money, property or services to the Corporation during the twelve-month period preceding the date as of which their membership in the Corporation is to be determined shall become a Member of the Corporation ("Individual Member").   Each individual member in good standing shall be entitled to one (1) vote on each question arising at any special meeting of the members of the Corporation.

VEUILLEZ NOTER qu'une réunion spéciale des membres de Centraide Ottawa aura lieu dans ses bureaux, salles TELUS, au 363, chemin Coventry, le mardi 19 octobre 2010, de 9 h à 9 h 15. L'objet de cette réunion est l'approbation des états financiers trimestriels pour la période échue le 31 mars 2010.

Toute personne ayant donné de l'argent, des biens ou des services à l'organisme au cours des 12 mois non échus sera considérée comme membre de l'organisme (« membre individuel »). Tout membre en règle aura le droit d'exprimer un (1) vote sur chaque question posée lors de chaque réunion générale ou spéciale des membres.
