Canada: 1990 - 2009 <http://trk.cp20.com/Tracking/t.c?HQoQ-EmE5-X9oZD0>

This Research Highlight reviews changes from 1990 to 2009 in the assets,
debts, and wealth of Canadian households. It examines the contribution
of real estate to the net worth of Canadians and shows that the gap
between the wealth of homeowners and renters has been widening. It finds
that the collective net worth of households doubled, household debts
grew faster than disposable incomes, and falling interest rates reduced
debt servicing costs.

About Your House
Efficient, Convenient Wood Heating (63730)
<http://trk.cp20.com/Tracking/t.c?HQoQ-EmE8-X9oZD3>
More than one million Canadian families heat their homes at least partly
with wood. Advanced-technology wood-burning appliances are about
one-third more efficient than older conventional units, such as 1970s
and 80s airtight stoves. Wood heating involves active participation and
is worth doing it right. This means making sure the wood heating system
is installed exactly to safety codes, preparing good quality firewood
and operating the system using techniques that will produce the best
efficiency and effectiveness.
