The Medical Officer of Health is issuing a Frost Bite Alert for overnight on Friday January 21 continuing to Monday January 24, 2011 as Environment Canada is forecasting that the wind-chill will be -25 Celsius or colder. This Frostbite Alert goes out to our community partners and service providers who distribute information on cold weather precautions.

Le médecin chef en santé publique a décrété une alerte aux engelures pour le soir vendredi le 21 janvier jusqu'à lundi le 24 janvier 2011 parce ce que Environnement Canada prévoit un facteur de refroidissement de -25 °C et plus. Cet avis vise en particulier nos partenaires communautaires chargés de diffuser des renseignements sur les précautions à prendre par temps froid.
