The Centre for Research and Education on Women and Work (CREWW) at the Sprott School of Business, Carleton University, will be hosting an Information Session regarding the Management Development Program for Women (MDPW) and we invite you to attend.  The attached poster offers more details regarding this event.  If you are unable to attend this evening event  please would you display the poster at your workplace and share it with your colleagues.  

 

 

The Management Development Program for Women (MDPW) is a part-time professional program designed to provide working women with an opportunity to develop their management and leadership skills in a supportive environment, while having an opportunity to discuss the particular challenges that women face in management.   The program meets for 3 days a month for 10 months and covers all functional areas of business.  The program is designed to facilitate the transfer of learning from the classroom to the workplace.  Workplace based assignments require participants to integrate new theories and skills with data and experience drawn from their own work setting.
