Call for Proposals

This international conference will bring together leading thinkers and
practitioners in the human services sector to explore the current
landscape of research and policy on service integration.  Topics to be
explored include:

*        integrated service planning

*        people-centered practices

*        outcomes-based accountability frameworks

*        innovations in service delivery

*        data development to support integrated service planning

*        the role of government in service integration

*        developing local partnerships

 

Participants will be drawn from the worlds of academia, government
(federal, provincial, and municipal), human service administration,
community development, and people with lived experience in Ontario,
Canada, and beyond.
