OMSSA's 2012 Learning Symposium will bring together municipal service
managers, private and public sector organizations, community leaders,
and community partners to start this dialogue. Through plenaries,
workshops and best practice case studies, the conference will discuss
the concept of innovation in social service delivery, whether it is
technology induced or process driven, the potential and impact of
technology in service delivery, and the connected issues of privacy
implications, remote service delivery, multigenerational workforce, and
more. Together we will discuss the potentials and possibilities of
pushing the envelope and leading and managing the change rather than
responding to it.

We'll go back to the days of Dean Martin and Marilyn Monroe!  Pull out
the tux and sequins for an evening of fun and games.  Try your luck at
the blackjack table, spin the wheel or shoot a game of craps to see if
lady luck is on your side.  Gather with your colleagues in your best
circa 1950's Vegas style attire.  There's a prize for best dressed!
After dinner we'll dance the night away to the hits of the 60's, 70's
and 80's.
