Laura Cattari wants to reform Ontario's social assistance program. She
says it's unwieldy and difficult to navigate. And she should know, as
she is an ODSP recipient. She shares her experience with Steve Paikin.

Laura Cattari sits on the Steering Committee and is a co-chair of the
Social Assistance Reform Committee of the Hamilton Roundtable for
Poverty Reduction. She also has lived experience with poverty.

Crystal Murphy has been an Ontario Works caseworker in Toronto for
almost a decade. She tells Steve Paikin what she believes would help
transform social assistance. 


Crystal Murphy has been an Ontario Works
