RDSP Facts



 *   Having an RDSP does not impact Federal Benefits.
 *   In most Provinces and Territories, money in an RDSP does not impact existing provincial social assistance support programs.
 *   You may be eligible to receive annual grants of up to $3,500 depending on your contribution, family income and you must be under 49 year of age.
 *   Even with no financial contribution, you may be eligible to receive up to $1,000 every year for up to 20 years.

Please note that pre-registration is appreciated. If materials are needed in alternative formats, please provide us at least 7 days notice prior to the event. Interpretive services, you must provide at least 10 days notice, and OILRC will seek appropriate services, if available.
