For your information, 

 

The Canadian Mental Health Association Ottawa Branch is leading a community
partnership initiative to offer information sessions to recipients of the
Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) who will soon be turning 65.
These sessions are designed to help navigate the complex transition from
ODSP to OAP.  This is a wonderful service that targets a group of vulnerable
older adults.  

They can even apply on-site!  Please circulate.  

 

 

Pour information, 

Voici une annonce pour deux sessions d’informations – FRAN /ANG  qui
s’adresse aux bénéficiaires du Programme Ontarien de support aux personnes
handicapées (POSPH) qui approchent l’âge de 65 ans.  Le but de l’atelier et
de faciliter la transition du POSPH à la pension de vieillesse du Canada. 

Prière de faire circuler dans les réseaux appropriés.
