Social Media can be a powerful communications tool for many non-profits if used correctly. Understanding the role of Social Media, as well as the how, what's and when's of communicating effectively for  your organization may be a source of anxiety for many.  The Alliance to End Homelessness Ottawa is teaming up with Village PR to help you understand the strengths and weaknesses of communicating in the Social Media space in terms of meeting your organizational goals, and to give you hands on tips how to grow your support network and manage the workload effectively.

In order to assess the needs of member organizations, we have compiled a short survey to understand your organizational needs and level of comfort with various Social Media platforms.
